The principal changes included a guarantee of operating improvements that Desmet Ballestra started to provide a site user with and the requirement for the installation of a certain number of Nano Reactor® units in order to maintain the exclusive license granted by CTi. The R&D, Marketing and Technology License Agreement of 2012 has further cemented the fruitful collaboration.
